What ships

Different products move in different ways.

Some things arrive as a download, some as a parcel, and the Framing Service has a send-to-us step first.

Pattern downloads are delivered online. After checkout, use the download link shown in the flow or sent to the email address you entered.

Matched thread is packed for the pattern you chose and sent to the UK address entered at checkout.

After we receive your stitched work, we frame it and send the finished keepsake back to you.

Timing

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We will update these pages if fulfilment timing changes.

Available straight away once the pattern request or checkout is complete.

Usually packed within 2-3 working days. Delivery timing starts after dispatch.

Returned in 7-10 working days from the day we receive your stitched work.

The checkout currently accepts UK shipping addresses for Thread Bundles and other physical fulfilment.

Physical orders are sent within the UK. Digital pattern downloads can be accessed wherever your email and browser can reach them.
