If something is wrong, we want to fix it. If you changed your mind about a physical item, start the return by email before posting anything back.

What can be returned?

This policy covers the usual cases. It does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Physical items

For change-of-mind returns, tell us within 14 days of delivery and send the item back within the next 14 days.

Digital patterns

Pattern downloads are normally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded unless they are faulty or inaccessible.

Custom work

Personalised, made-to-order, and framed pieces cannot usually be returned for change of mind unless something is wrong.

Please do not send items back without return instructions. It keeps the process much smoother and helps us match the parcel to your order.

Faults and damage

If something is wrong, tell us quickly.

Faulty, damaged, missing, or inaccessible items are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.

We will put it right

Email us with photos, the order number, and the email used at checkout. We will reply with the next step, which may be a replacement, repair, resend, or refund depending on the issue.

Damaged parcel

Keep the packaging and send photos of the parcel and the item.

Wrong or missing item

Tell us what arrived and what you expected from the order.

Send the checkout email and a screenshot of any error message.
